Pierre Droal has won a #MeritAward in the 3x3, the Magazine of Contemporary Illustration! His work will be featured in Issue No. 22 of 3x3. The honored piece comes from “The Wolf’s Eyelashes”, a beautifully illustrated children’s book written by Chantal Nguyen and published by #Cipango. She composes watercolors, colored pencils, india inks, graphite, coffee, and even tattoo inks to reach the vibrant colors in each piece.
